Overall it was a great stay for two nights. Its location at walking distance from Corazon de Mexico was marvellous.

Everything is what i need and want.

It genuinely was a charming and incredibly beautiful hotel, definitely an awesome place to stay. The property had a central location in the enclosed garden. The hotel had a swimming pool and was next to the night market which has great artisans, lots of food and wonderful entertainment, Tulum, and the downtown shopping/restaurant strip.

Not obvious to find.

the hotel had a central setting in a residential area. all the staff was very polite, settled my issues. brand-new and nicely updated room with a/c and wifi, i had a really great stay.

As for me location is great, next to the ADO buses as well as fountains. Everyone who works in the hotel is welcoming and incredibly nice. The room is immaculately clean and brand-new and essentials you need, including a kitchenette area and it's own balcony, is right there.

My brand-new room was spotless and beds were spacious. Really enjoyed the clean bathroom...

Would recommend and would go back in flash, it was an awesome stay. The hotel is stunningly beautiful with nice pool and particularly good location in the nice outside restaurant in the green courtyard. Food options are cheap.

Generally HELPFUL service with parking on-site. Cheap food for breakfast in the garden. Great and quiet location, just walking distance from everywhere.

The hotel had a beautiful and well-maintained garden, with lush vegetation and soothing fountains. The pool was a great feature, and each balcony offered a view of it. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a working AC. The convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby parking options.

One drawback was the lack of preparation upon our arrival, as our room was not ready despite the staff being aware of our presence. Another disappointment was the cleanliness of the pool, which could have been better maintained.

Nicely updated rooms and brand-new with chairs overlooking the lush vegetation, TV. Really had great stay for two nights.

Absolutely charming hotel located just off the 5th avenue PDC and friendly restaurants and ADO bus station and colectivo station. Good excellent location, close to main shopping area.

I had a really lovely time during my 6-week stay at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main square and the beach. The room, a junior suite with a kitchenette and two balconies, was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel had a beautiful garden surrounded by tropical vegetation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The setting was particularly good, so close to beach as well as the centre / ferry. Furthermore, close to the center. The room was kept very clean and available with kitchen here. The decor was standard and the staff were understanding.

Hotel Hulku provided great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, situated in a very safe area, was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk between two ADO bus stations. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms, including free wifi and breakfast, were a convenient and satisfying addition. Furthermore, having a room with a kitchenette/kitchen allowed us the flexibility to prepare meals at our leisure.

Great location near the main avenue and beach. Clean rooms with unexpected kitchen. Lovely hidden jungle feel. Friendly staff and refreshing swimming pool. Enjoyed the bar across the street.
